Dining Services FSA Dining Services serve over 7,500 meals a day. Our services are self operated, diverse, and state-of-the-art. The students, faculty, and staff, are our "customers" in the truest sense of the word. We strive to provide them with a product that satisfies in a fiscally responsible fashion. FSA operates a variety of dining facilities including: 2 All You Care to Eat Buffets, and an Á La Carte (fast food style cafeteria). Each offers a variety of food choices including healthy selections, as well as vegan, and vegetarian choices. |
FSA Catering Our catering department specializes in your type of function at a variety of on campus locations. Whether it's lunch for two or parties for a thousand, the FSA professional catering department is an excellent choice for any event. Catering can take place almost anywhere on campus including the off campus College Lodge located 15 miles away in Brocton, New York. |
Prepared Your Way The new Cranston Marché has no "Back-of-the-House". All food is prepared at each station in full view of the customer. Cranston Marché features dishes which you can have customized to your liking (made to order) or you can save time and choose from dishes that have been prepared in advance (Chef's Creation's). Cranston has four separate platforms Pizza & Pasta, Pantry, Grill, and the Ice Cream Parlor. |
Special Foods and Dining Events FSA also brings to the students, faculty, and staff special events such as international foods and holiday dinners. |
Coffee Bars Spread throughout the campus are four Buster Brown Bean Company Cafés, which offer a variety of coffees and specialty drinks. At the Buster Brown Bean Company coffee bars you can get small packaged lunches like sandwiches and wraps. You may also wish to grab a snack between classes with your choice of baked goods such as cookies, muffins, and more. Before that early morning class get started with a nice hot cup of coffee with a bagel. |
Baked Goods
FSA also runs its own bakeshop where all items are made from scratch, and a Central Production Unit which supports all dining locations. |
